Notre exploitation viticole est située à Mqam Tolba, dans l'une des principales régions productrices de raisin de table au Maroc. Sur une parcelle de 6 600 m² comptant environ 900 pieds de vigne âgés de 12 ans, nous cultivons le Muscat d'Italie — cépage aromatique par excellence, apprécié pour ses baies dorées, croquantes et généreuses, à la saveur sucrée et au délicat arôme musqué.

Riche en vitamines (A, C et groupe B), en sels minéraux (potassium, phosphore) et en antioxydants (polyphénols, flavonoïdes), il soutient le système cardiovasculaire, procure une énergie immédiate et contribue au bien-être général. Les grappes, larges et compactes, affichent un poids moyen de 700 à 1000 g avec un taux de sucre de 16 à 20° Brix.

Créé en 1911 par Alberto Piróvano à Rome (croisement Bicane × Muscat Hamburg), c'est un cépage à vigueur très élevée, à port semi-érigé, qui requiert une taille longue et soignée. Variété de saison tardive, il mûrit environ quatre semaines après le Chasselas. Il est sensible à l'oïdium (Erysiphe necator) et au mildiou (Plasmopara viticola), nécessitant une vigilance phytosanitaire rigoureuse.

Notre récolte annuelle, estimée à environ 10 tonnes, est disponible en août–septembre. Nous ciblons les marchés marocain, européen (notamment Rungis) et africain.

Our vineyard is located in Mqam Tolba, one of Morocco's main table grape producing regions. On a 6,600 m² plot with approximately 900 vines 12 years old, we grow Italia (Muscat) — also known as the true Muscat, appreciated for its large, golden, crunchy berries with a sweet flavour and a delicate muscat aroma.

Rich in vitamins (A, C and B group), mineral salts (potassium, phosphorus) and antioxidants (polyphenols, flavonoids), it supports cardiovascular health, provides immediately available energy, and contributes to overall well-being. Clusters are large and compact, averaging 700–1000 g with a sugar level of 16–20° Brix.

Originally bred in 1911 by Alberto Piróvano in Rome (cross: Bicane × Muscat Hamburg), it is a late-season variety with very strong vigour and semi-erect bearing, requiring long training and careful pruning — typically maturing about four weeks after Chasselas. It is susceptible to powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator) and downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola), demanding attentive disease management.

Our annual harvest, estimated at approximately 10 tonnes, is available August–September. We target Moroccan, European (Rungis MIN), and African markets.

تقع ضيعتنا الكرمية في مقام الطلبة، إحدى أبرز مناطق إنتاج عنب المائدة في المغرب. على قطعة أرض تبلغ 6600 متر مربع تضم نحو 900 أصل كرمة عمرها 12 سنة، نزرع عنب مسكات ايطالي — المعروف بالمسكات الأصيل، ويتميز بحباته الذهبية الكبيرة المقرمشة ذات النكهة الحلوة والعطر المسكي الرفيع.

غني بالفيتامينات (أ، ج، وفيتامينات ب)، والأملاح المعدنية (البوتاسيوم والفوسفور)، ومضادات الأكسدة (البوليفينول والفلافونويد)، يدعم الجهاز القلبي الوعائي، يمد الجسم بطاقة فورية، ويُسهم في الرفاهية الصحية العامة. العناقيد كبيرة وكثيفة بمتوسط وزن 700–1000 غرام ونسبة سكر 16–20° بريكس.

أُنتج هذا الصنف عام 1911 على يد Alberto Piróvano في روما (تهجين بين Bicane × Muscat Hamburg). يتميز بقوة نمو عالية جداً وحمل شبه منتصب، ويتطلب تقليماً طويلاً ودقيقاً. صنف متأخر النضج، يكتمل نضجه نحو أربعة أسابيع بعد Chasselas. هو حساس لمرضَي البياض الدقيقي (Erysiphe necator) والبياض الزغبي (Plasmopara viticola)، مما يستوجب مراقبة صحية نباتية دقيقة.

محصولنا السنوي المقدر بحوالي 10 أطنان متاح في أغسطس وسبتمبر. نستهدف الأسواق المغربية والأوروبية (لا سيما سوق رونجي) والأفريقية.
